At Ware Joggers, we believe running is for everyone—whether you're a complete beginner or returning after a break. That’s why, since 1992, we've been running 10-week courses designed to help non-runners build confidence, fitness, and a love for running.
Our structured programme is perfect for those who want to start running but don’t know where to begin. Over 10 weeks, we’ll help you progress from zero to running continuously for 50 minutes at your own pace, in a supportive and welcoming environment.
You'll be guided by an England Athletics Coach or Run Leader, supported by friendly club "buddies" who will encourage you every step of the way. In addition to the weekly in-person session, you’ll complete two extra runs on your own—or with your new running friends!
We run one beginners' course per year, usually from January to April.
